300-ton bridge lift for BAM with custom-made lifting cushions
Commissioned by BAM, HA-KA International successfully lifted an existing bridge with a total weight of approximately 300 tons. This project required an exceptional approach due to the very limited available workspace around the structure.
Conventional lifting methods, such as the use of cranes or traditional jacking systems, were not applicable in this situation. Therefore, HA-KA International developed a fully customized solution based on our own high-quality lifting cushions.
By strategically positioning these lifting cushions and deploying them in a controlled manner, the bridge could be lifted step by step accurately and safely, without risk to the structure or the surroundings. The project required a high degree of technical preparation, precision, and collaboration with all involved parties.
