Calculate the force your lifting cushion can deliver here.
The force a lifting cushion can deliver depends on the pressure (P) in the lifting cushion and on the working surface area of the lifting cushion (L x W). This surface area decreases as the stroke (S) of the lifting cushion increases.

Please note in practice small deviations may occur between the calculated force and the actual applied force. These deviations depend on the stroke and are less than 10%.
Lift cushions type AS/CR. Small installation height, specifically for industrial applications.
Type AS/CR ha-ka lifting cushions are made of fiber-reinforced NBR hose, fitted with a stainless steel or brass connection nipple. There are different types of connections: Vertical threaded nipples mounted in the hose, Horizontal threaded nipples between the end plates or a horizontally mounted Hose nipple between the end plates. The ends of the hose are hermetically sealed with vulcanizing adhesive and reinforced with stainless steel end plates.
The lifting cushions can be built in very compactly and are extremely suitable for use as an alternative to pneumatic short-stroke cylinders. Applications and fields of use: clamping, pressing of glue-molds, braking mechanisms, lifting mechanisms for internal transport installations, printing machines, food industry, etc.
Available widths: 33 - 44 - 55 - 65 - 85 - 105 - 125 - 165 mm
